The Business Law Section values all members. Our diverse and inclusive community makes us stronger. You belong.

The Spring Meeting is the top gathering of business lawyers. We’re excited to welcome our in-person attendees in Orlando and our virtual attendees from around the world online.

Virtual attendees will enjoy an immersive online platform that provides an experience where attendees can engage with the Section’s top-tier content and collaborate with their peers and colleagues.

There is no better opportunity to learn, collaborate, and connect with the best and brightest business law talent. Highlights of the meeting will include:

  • Business Law Essentials CLE - Business Law Essentials are a curated selection of 10 CLE programs that cover fundamental topics across business law practice areas (available in-person and to virtual attendees).
     
  • In-Person CLE - An incredible line up of 50+ CLE programs, covering important updates and emerging trends across business law practice areas are available for in-person attendees.
     
  • Committee and Subcommittee Meetings - Meetings feature substantive discussions on relevant topics by practice area.  Committee and Subcommittee meetings are interactive and all attendees are welcome to join (available in person and to virtual attendees).
     
  • Special Events - In-person special networking events, like the Diversity Networking Reception and the Welcome Reception, highlight the diversity of our community and the relationship we build as members of the Section.  All are welcome.  You belong.
     

And the meeting doesn’t end here. Several of our CLE programs will be recorded live and posted to the meeting website for viewing after the meeting.

Pro Bono Events and Opportunities

The following events will highlight the Section's dedication to pro bono:

iDignity Pro Bono Volunteer Event 
Thursday, April 4 | 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM 

During the Meeting, the Section will be collaborating with iDignity, a local organization that provides Florida residents with legal assistance in securing identification. Attendees are invited to volunteer with iDignity for a two-hour session. Please complete this form to learn more about this opportunity.

Pro Bono Happy Hour Roundtable 
Friday, April 5 | 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM 

Join the Pro Bono Committee for a special Happy Hour event on Friday afternoon featuring a roundtable discussion with some of Florida's most accomplished business law professionals in the Pro Bono sphere! Grab a glass of wine, beer, or soda.  Learn about the work being done in Florida and how you can effectively get involved with pro bono work. After the discussion, the 2024 National Public Service Award recipients will be recognized for their outstanding pro bono service this year.
